Digitalfavce Business Process Strategy

About

A practice built around how work really happens.

Digitalfavce is the business process strategy studio of OLGA POPOVA. The practice sits in Orhei, Republic of Moldova, and works with organisations that need a clearer operating system — not another layer of commentary on top of a messy one.

The company, stated plainly.

We are not a software vendor, an ISO mill, or a general management consultancy. Digitalfavce designs the operating logic of a business: the processes, handoffs, decision rights, and cadence that turn a commercial promise into repeatable work.

The name is deliberate. “Digital” refers to the information that already moves through your company. “Favce” is the crafted face of that system — the visible, usable design people actually follow.

Professional approach

We treat operations as a designed object, not as a personality trait of the founder.

01

Start with the live path

Documents lie politely. People tell the truth in the shortcuts they take. Discovery always includes the unofficial process, because that is the one customers already experience.

02

Design less than you could

Over-specified processes collapse. We design the few rules that remove waiting, rework, and ambiguous ownership — and leave local judgement where it belongs.

03

Leave ownership inside the company

Digitalfavce does not become your operations department. A process that only works while we are present is a performance, not a system.

04

Refuse the wrong brief

If the constraint is demand, underpricing, or a missing skill, we say so. Process strategy is powerful and not a costume for every organisational problem.

Values

What the work is loyal to.

Clarity over theatre. Evidence over opinion. A system people can run on a tired Wednesday, not only in a workshop with fresh coffee.

A

Fidelity to the work

Maps must match the floor, the inbox, and the exception — not the org chart someone wishes they had.

B

Respect for operators

The people inside the process already know where it breaks. Strategy that ignores them will not survive the first busy week.

C

Commercial honesty

No guaranteed revenue lifts. No invented case studies. Scope, timeline, and limits are written before work starts.

Methodology, in one sentence.

Discover the current operating system, decide the process strategy, design the target model, install a runnable workflow with owners and cadence, then govern the system so it does not quietly decay.
