Design the way your company actually operates.

Digitalfavce is a business process strategy practice. We map how work moves today, decide how it should move tomorrow, and install an operating design your people can run without a consultant standing beside them.

How an engagement unfolds

From first conversation to a process the team can run.

We do not start with software. We start with the work. The full path — contact, discovery, design, delivery, and what happens after — is documented on the engagement page.

  1. Briefing

You describe the operational friction in plain language. We confirm whether process strategy is the right lever, or whether the issue is staffing, demand, or a tool problem we should not pretend to solve.

  2. Discovery

We walk the current path with the people who actually move the work. Maps include the unofficial shortcuts, because those are the process, whether leadership likes them or not.

  3. Design

A target operating design: fewer waits, named owners, decision rights, and exception rules that do not require a hero.

  4. Install

The team runs the first cycles with a scorecard and a cadence. We coach; we do not take the process home with us.

Situations we recognise

Anonymous operating scenes, drawn from the kind of work this practice is built for.

Distribution · 40 people

Orders left the building. Accountability did not.

Fulfilment looked fine in monthly totals and chaotic in the week. The unofficial process was a WhatsApp thread. Digitalfavce would start by mapping intake-to-dispatch, naming the decision that currently floats, and designing a handoff that survives a busy Thursday.

Professional services

Onboarding took 19 days because seven people each waited for someone else.

The commercial team sold “ready in a week”. Operations had no shared definition of ready. The work is a process strategy problem, not a CRM problem.

Multi-site operations

Each site invented quality. Clients experienced the lottery.

A light operating model — same checkpoints, local judgement, named process owner — is usually more useful than a heavier manual nobody opens.

What does Digitalfavce actually do?

Digitalfavce is a business process strategy practice. We help organisations see how work currently moves, decide how it should move, and install a practical operating design: process maps, decision rights, handoffs, cadence, and performance signals. We do not sell software platforms or generic management training.

Who is this work for?

Founders, managing directors, operations leads, and department heads in growing organisations — typically teams that have outgrown informal coordination. If work now depends on a few people remembering everything, or if quality drops when volume rises, process strategy is relevant.

Is this the same as software implementation or ISO certification?

No. We design the operating logic first: what the process is, who owns it, where decisions sit, and how exceptions are handled. Tools and certifications can follow that design. Starting with software usually locks in the current confusion rather than removing it.

How long does an engagement take?

A Process Diagnostic Sprint usually runs two to three weeks. An Operating System Redesign typically takes six to ten weeks, depending on the number of processes and teams involved. Advisory retainers are monthly and used after a design is in place.

If the work is stuck in the gaps between people, Digitalfavce is the right conversation.

Send a briefing. Describe the process that hurts. We reply with fit, scope options, and whether a diagnostic sprint or a fuller redesign is the honest next step.
