Approach
This is the working method behind every Digitalfavce engagement. It is the same spine whether the brief is a two-week diagnostic or a ten-week operating redesign.
We reconstruct the current operating system from evidence: live cases, queues, exception stories, and the unofficial paths people use when the official one stalls. The output is a current-state atlas and a friction register, not a catalogue of opinions.
Process strategy is a choice about attention. Which flows are core to the commercial promise? Which can stay lightweight? What must be true in 12 months that is not true now? We write those choices down before we draw a prettier diagram.
The target design names owners, decision rights, handoffs, quality checks, and exception rules. We remove waits that exist only because nobody was allowed to decide. We do not industrialise judgement that should stay human.
A process exists when the team can run the next ten cases without us. Installation means a runbook, a first cadence, and coaching for the process owner — not a handover email with a file attached.
Systems decay at the exception. Governance is a light charter: who may change the process, how exceptions are logged, and when the operating review looks at flow rather than anecdotes.
