Digitalfavce Business Process Strategy

FAQ

Questions organisations ask before they change how work moves.

If your question is commercial or specific to a live process, the honest next step is a briefing. These answers cover the pattern.

What does Digitalfavce actually do?

Digitalfavce is a business process strategy practice. We help organisations see how work currently moves, decide how it should move, and install a practical operating design: process maps, decision rights, handoffs, cadence, and performance signals. We do not sell software platforms or generic management training.

Who is this work for?

Founders, managing directors, operations leads, and department heads in growing organisations — typically teams that have outgrown informal coordination. If work now depends on a few people remembering everything, or if quality drops when volume rises, process strategy is relevant.

Is this the same as software implementation or ISO certification?

No. We design the operating logic first: what the process is, who owns it, where decisions sit, and how exceptions are handled. Tools and certifications can follow that design. Starting with software usually locks in the current confusion rather than removing it.

How long does an engagement take?

A Process Diagnostic Sprint usually runs two to three weeks. An Operating System Redesign typically takes six to ten weeks, depending on the number of processes and teams involved. Advisory retainers are monthly and used after a design is in place.

Do you work only in Moldova?

The practice is based in Orhei, Republic of Moldova, and works with organisations locally and remotely across Europe. Discovery can be on-site, remote, or mixed. Working language for this site and client materials is English; Romanian or Russian conversations can be arranged when needed.

What do we receive at the end?

You receive a documented operating design, not a slide deck of recommendations. Typical deliverables include a current-state map, a target process design, decision-rights tables, role and handoff definitions, a cadence calendar, and a sequenced implementation plan with owners.

Will you run the processes for us?

No. Digitalfavce designs and coaches the system your people will run. Implementation support is available, but ownership stays inside your organisation. That is deliberate: a process that only works while a consultant is in the room is not a process.

How do we start?

Send a briefing request through the contact form with the operational friction you want to resolve. We reply to confirm fit, propose a diagnostic or a fuller engagement, and outline scope, timeline, and commercial terms before any work begins.

How is confidentiality handled?

Process maps often contain commercially sensitive paths. We treat client materials as confidential, use them only to deliver the agreed work, and do not publish identifiable case studies without written permission. The Privacy Policy explains how enquiry data is handled.

Can you work in Romanian or Russian?

This website and the default working materials are in English. Conversations in Romanian or Russian can be arranged when the engagement needs them. Say so in the briefing so we can plan the working language honestly.

Do you take every request?

No. If the issue is a missing product, a pricing problem, or a request to “optimise” a process that should be retired, we will decline or redirect. A refused brief is cheaper than a decorative map.

Still deciding?

Read the offer, then send the process that is actually stuck. We will tell you whether Digitalfavce is the right practice.
