What we collect

We collect only what you send through the contact form or by email: name, organisation, email address, role, topic, and message. Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and requested URL for security and fault diagnosis. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site at present.

Why we use it

Enquiry data is used to assess fit, reply, and — if you ask us to — prepare a proposal. The legal basis is steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in operating a professional practice. How long we keep it

Unsuccessful or general enquiries are kept only as long as needed to complete the correspondence, then deleted or archived in a reduced form if a legal duty requires a record. If an engagement starts, related correspondence is kept for the duration of the work and for a reasonable period afterwards for professional accountability.

Who receives it

Messages are received by OLGA POPOVA. We do not sell personal data. Hosting and email transmission providers may process data as processors solely to deliver the service. We do not use the contact form to subscribe you to marketing lists.

This site is intended for professional enquiries. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We use HTTPS where configured, security headers, CSRF protection on the form, input limits, and output escaping. No method of transmission is perfect; please avoid sending passwords or payment card data through the form.
